Job Overview

The Operations Financial Analyst role is responsible for analyzing private company financials and evaluating alignment with investment criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to determine key metrics and identify areas of improvement
  • Evaluate company performance to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage customer relationships and interactions through CRM systems
  • Build business partnerships by initiating conversations and fostering relationships
  • Support investor communication by organizing data and facilitating discussions
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and data management
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent English fluency and clear communication skills
  • Experience in financial analysis with a focus on reviewing company financials and understanding business models
  • Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data formatting
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and Insightly
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
