Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our Voice AI Agent Software.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality software and a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools. You will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Voice AI Agent applications and backend services.

In this role, you will conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of AI-powered voice interactions, including speech recognition, intent understanding, and response accuracy. You will validate voice agent conversation flows, including ASR, NLU, and TTS performance.

As an SQA Specialist, you will work closely with senior QA engineers, developers, and product teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issues. You will also assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.

Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of ASR, NLU, and TTS technologies, as well as experience writing and executing test cases and preparing QA documentation.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Bot Testing Tools, basic scripting knowledge for automation, and experience with agile development processes.
