Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to guarantee the quality and integrity of software products in our ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive test plans that ensure rigorous testing of our software.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Craft thorough test plans to guarantee the quality of software products.
  2. Identify and document reported issues for effective resolution.
  3. Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance user experience.
  4. Update internal documentation to reflect the latest updates and changes.
  5. Report performance issues and work towards improving user experience.
  6. Participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree from any four-year course.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with using apps on mobile and web.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Openness to learn new software testing methodologies, including automation testing.
