Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a quality assurance manager to join our team. As a quality assurance manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and rectify any quality issues.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on quality performance, including corrective actions taken.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality processes and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a construction or engineering industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
