We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Strategist to oversee the expansion and success of our seller portfolio on Lazada.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Account Development: Own the overall business performance and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, driving growth in sales, orders, and buyers through targeted strategies.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute tailored marketing and sales initiatives to boost visibility and performance on the platform.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to meet growth objectives such as DAU, conversion rate, and on-time shipping performance.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead negotiations, manage relationships, and facilitate campaign execution that engages sellers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sellers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Prior experience in e-commerce, sales, account management, retail (online or offline), and/or business development is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding or relevant experience in the industry/category is preferred.
  • Delivering results, successful negotiations, problem-solving, effective relationship and stakeholder management.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and ability to navigate changing priorities.
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen; able to assess performance data and apply insights to improve outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, acting as owner of the business.
  • Self-driven and motivated to drive impact and create value.
