Property Management Role

Our company requires a skilled professional to handle day-to-day operations and administrative tasks in a growing property management environment.

Responsibilities
  • Make professional calls to residents for payment collection and follow-up communications.
  • Send bulk email notifications to residents regarding payments and updates.
  • Manage spreadsheets tracking payment status and collection activity across properties.
  • Schedule inspections with certified service providers.
  • Track vendor proposals and ensure certifications are up to date.
  • Oversee ongoing projects across multiple properties, ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Generate reports on completed tasks and ongoing projects.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills, particularly for payment-related calls.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and email management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with VoIP tools like Zoom Phone, RingCentral, or Google Voice.
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
