Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to support our clients by managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger maintenance, and prepare financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets.
    • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Process client payroll using tools like Gusto or other payroll systems, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
    • Track and report employee benefits, deductions, and tax withholdings for accurate reporting.
  • Tax Compliance Support:
    • Prepare sales tax filings and corporate tax documentation, and ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
    • Support year-end tax preparation in collaboration with clients' CPAs.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:
    • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and process invoices and payments for timely cash flow management.
  • Client Communication:
    • Collaborate with accounting firms to gather and verify financial and payroll information, and address client inquiries and provide financial updates as needed.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance accounting and payroll workflows, and implement changes for increased efficiency.
