The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience handling and communicating with coworkers on expense reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and any accounting software including but not limited to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, etc.
• Strong experience in end-to-end accounting process and relevant experience in US accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of US GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage and maintain accounting records using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite or any accounting software.
• Handle all aspects of accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Handle end-to-end accounting process particularly with US accounting.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve accounting objectives.
• Assist with project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and providing accurate and timely financial data.
• Handle and communicate with coworkers regarding expense reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
