About the Position:
The Enterprise Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new strategic enterprise accounts. You will work closely with C-level clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions. As a consultative business partner, you will identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capture them.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop and implement effective enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Manage target account relationships to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet quota responsibilities aligned with specific accounts.
  • Drive mastery and consistent execution of Sprout's enterprise sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage expenses and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sprout Solutions software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of external experience with proven consultative sales.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in high technology industries.
