Job Description

An Outbound Caller and Lead Generator plays a crucial role in driving sales success by initiating contact with potential customers, gathering information, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team.

  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce products or services, engage interest, and assess potential leads. Qualify prospects based on established criteria to determine if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Research target markets to identify new potential customers using various online sources, directories, and social media. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • CRRM and Data Management: Record lead interactions, call outcomes, and key information in the CRM system, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Regularly update the lead database and ensure data quality, including removing duplicates, correcting errors, and adding new data as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to research effectively and identify key decision-makers within companies
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
