Lexagle is a fast-growing legal technology firm that seeks an experienced Outbound Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Job Description

This key role will be responsible for developing and executing proactive marketing strategies, including email, social media, and direct outreach, to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be personable, relentless, results-driven, and a team player who can work seamlessly with other functions like sales, product, and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyse market trends and buying behaviour for assigned territories.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and/or events.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing collaterals, to engage target audiences.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and automating workflows to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for purchase-ready prospects.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements and optimise ROI.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Experience working with high-ranking people in companies (CXOs) and delivering results in lead generation.
  • Account-based marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, especially for B2B audiences.
  • A client-oriented mindset and consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
