This role involves serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, building trust and independently advising and supporting business and employees on all People processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary liaison between employees and the organization's management team, addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Identifies and mitigates potential risks by proactively monitoring local legislation changes and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations
  • Manages external providers and budgets, optimizing efficiency through continuous process improvement
  • Contributes to projects, leading some, and defines project plans to ensure seamless roll-out of new processes and procedures

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 6-8+ years of proven experience working as an HR Generalist in a multinational organization with a regional scope
