About Your Role

As a Total Rewards Professional (Tier 2) at Q2 HR Solutions Inc., you will provide analytical and technical support to the Total Rewards function, coordinating the implementation of compensation & benefits strategies and programs. This involves:

  • Inquiry Management/Resolution
  • Transaction processing
  • Conducting internal equity and external market competitiveness reviews of programs to ensure that Q2 HR Solutions Inc. attracts and retains top talent
  • General customer service to all employees in the APAC Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of various Total Rewards programs for assigned regions
  • Provide in-depth analyses for current and proposed programs to support decisions and administration of all total reward programs.
  • Conduct internal equity and external market competitiveness reviews of programs to ensure that Q2 HR Solutions Inc. is attracting and retaining top talent
  • Offer technical and consultative assistance to HR stakeholders regarding the total rewards programs
  • Participate in the communication and implementation of various components of a company's pay and rewards program
  • Resolve HR process and policy questions related to Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Mobility, Vendor Management through multiple communication channels
  • Leverage knowledge management solutions to complete inquiries and transactions
  • Work to meet expected service levels and business performance goals

The Essential Skills and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards in a Shared Service setup/Regional or Global Business Services
  • Experience handling APAC countries' compensation and benefits programs is required
  • Strong drive for results, accuracy, and control compliance
  • Excellent financial/business acumen and analytical abilities

Job Requirements

  • Full-time, direct employment
  • Onsite work setup; once a week work-from-home after 3 months
  • Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM (Mondays to Fridays)
  • Overtime might be required depending on critical deliverables
