We're seeking a highly organized and sales-driven professional to manage customer interactions, drive bookings, and support operational logistics for both in-salon and home service appointments.
About The Role
- Client Interaction & Support: Greet and engage clients virtually via phone and online booking platforms. Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service recommendations.
- Sales & Upselling: Promote salon services and products through digital channels. Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Operational Coordination: Assist in organizing home visit logistics and ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management
- Friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach
