Job Summary:

In this key position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients throughout the website production process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our production team, ensuring seamless communication and project progress updates.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships by proactively addressing concerns, offering solutions, and providing expert advice on industry best practices.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet clients' needs and expectations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues, working closely with the production team to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and software to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in the US or North America.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in website content management and internet-related products.
  • Familiarity with Real Estate terminologies is a plus.
