Job Description

The Virtual Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our business operations by providing exceptional administrative support to our team. This includes storing and organizing documents and files, performing data entry tasks, and managing CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills, solid organizational and time management skills, and be tech savvy with current technologies.

  • Perform data entry tasks, including preparing lead lists, meeting minutes, and payroll information.
  • Store and organize documents and files to maintain a centralized repository of information.
  • Research products, procure goods, and secure samples to support marketing and sales campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
  • 18 years of age and completion of Senior High School.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
