
Remote Claims Resolution Specialist

A career opportunity has arisen for a Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims resolution process, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints related to promotional products.
This role involves managing and analyzing incoming customer claims, identifying the root cause, and determining the appropriate resolution. You will work closely with internal departments to gather relevant information and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue.
Excellent communication skills are essential in this role, as you will need to communicate with customers professionally and empathetically throughout the claims process. You will also need to provide updates on the investigation findings and present resolution options to the customer.
In addition to your analytical and problem-solving skills, you will need to have strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple claims simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation, ideally within the promotional products industry or a similar custom manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and investigate incoming customer claims related to promotional product orders
Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Work closely with internal departments to gather relevant information and determine the appropriate resolution
Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically throughout the claims process
Provide updates on investigation findings and present resolution options to the customer
Coordinate and process claims resolutions, including product reprints, credits, refunds, replacements, or discounts
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Comfortable navigating multiple systems, including order management and CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
