Reimagine Customer Experience as a Dispute Resolution Specialist

As an integral part of our e-commerce operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving PayPal disputes and chargebacks with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertly handle all aspects of PayPal disputes and chargebacks, ensuring seamless resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
  • Develop and maintain structured processes to meet deadlines and drive efficiency
  • Collect, verify, and submit evidence (tracking information, order details, screenshots, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate closely with Shopify and Gorgias teams to ensure customer data is verified and up-to-date
  • Maintain detailed records of dispute outcomes and provide insightful analysis on trends and areas for improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and develop recommendations to improve dispute resolution processes
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in dispute resolution, preferably in the context of e-commerce transactions
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce model and its complexities
  • Excellent knowledge of Shopify and Gorgias platforms, with experience in data verification and management
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and process-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
