About the Role

The Training Supervisor will be responsible for establishing training strategies and approaches, collaborating with internal/external business partners, and evaluating learner readiness to tailor planning of training solutions. This role requires strong knowledge of the business environment and business requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in the training industry.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Training / Facilitation.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Licensed healthcare med allied (Physical Therapist, Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Pharmacist, Midwife etc.).
  • College graduate.
