Pharma Trainer

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering structured training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of the field force. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new hires, upskilling existing team members, and ensuring alignment with product strategy, compliance standards, and sales excellence practices.

• Training Program Design & Execution

• Develop and implement training modules for new and tenured field personnel.

• Deliver sessions on therapeutic knowledge, selling techniques, product positioning, and compliance.
• Coordinate with brand and regulatory teams to ensure up-to-date content.

• Field Coaching & Performance Support

• Conduct on-ground field coaching to reinforce training and assess application.

• Partner with managers to diagnose training needs and propose targeted interventions.

• Sales Enablement & Tools Training

• Facilitate onboarding of CRM tools, visual aids, and tactical materials.

• Support digital capability-building through hybrid learning platforms.

• Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and field audits.

• Prepare training reports and provide actionable insights for development planning.

• Graduate of a medical, allied health, or life sciences course; Pharmacy or Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs.
• Proficient in MS Office, digital learning tools, and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (PhRN) is a strong advantage.
