Global Wholesale Sales Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our international wholesale strategy, drive revenue growth, and cultivate enduring relationships with top-tier retail partners.

This senior-level role demands expertise in luxury fashion sales, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to expand market presence while preserving brand integrity.

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success in high-end fashion sales, a strategic mindset, and fluency in the unique dynamics of global wholesale distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the global wholesale sales strategy, including market expansion, account acquisition, and revenue growth targets.
  2. Nurture and manage relationships with key buyers, department stores, specialty boutiques, and luxury retail partners worldwide.
  3. Represent the brand at international trade shows, market weeks, showrooms, and private appointments.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams—including design, merchandising, and marketing—to align seasonal collections with market demand and commercial strategy.
  5. Provide insights on product feedback, regional trends, and market performance to inform collection development.
  6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational capabilities.
  7. Forecast sales, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
  8. Identify and secure new opportunities in emerging or underdeveloped markets while maintaining high standards of brand placement.
  9. Lead sales presentations, training, and materials for external partners and internal stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with brand positioning and visual merchandising guidelines across all wholesale accounts.
Qualifications:
  1. 7+ years of experience in sales within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on global wholesale and B2B relationship management.
  2. Strong network of buyers and established contacts across key international markets.
  3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, growing wholesale revenue, and expanding brand presence in high-end retail environments.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Highly organized with the ability to manage complex timelines, markets, and product assortments.
  6. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of margin structures, pricing strategies, and global market dynamics.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed for key appointments, events, and seasonal markets.
  8. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
