About the Role:

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. You'll take ownership of talent sourcing while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, providing a seamless candidate experience.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
    • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Employee Experience:
    • Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
    • Manage and update employee records using HR systems.
    • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS; familiarity with platforms like Workable Greenhouse or Lever.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
