Financial Operations Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our company's financial records.

This individual will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups. They will also provide administrative support to our management team, answering calls when needed, sending quotes, and assisting with office tasks.

In addition, this person will handle standard bill payments and ensure timely processing. Occasionally, they may be required to offer support for order processing or product research as needed.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in QuickBooks Desktop. They should be confident and efficient without requiring training. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in standard office work and basic customer service is also necessary.
