About the role

As the Marketing Head at Magen Land OPC', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. This full-time position is based in Batangas City, Batangas, and will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals to promote the company's products and services effectively.What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to support the company's overall business objectives

Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Analysing market trends and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies

Managing the marketing budget and optimising marketing spend

Monitoring and reporting on the success of marketing activities, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance

Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing marketing team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team

Proficiency in using marketing technology and tools

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
