Technical Business System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and managing complex business systems that drive growth and success.

In this position, you will work closely with our strategy team to design and implement tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise in GoHighLevel platform will be essential in setting up and configuring client sub-accounts, creating custom workflows, and automating tasks to increase efficiency.

You will also be responsible for creating high-quality templates for landing pages, emails, and forms that align with our brand standards. Additionally, you will provide exceptional support to our clients by troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of business operations and technology integration. Your ability to think critically and creatively, combined with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Setup and Configuration: Set up and configure new client sub-accounts, ensuring all details are accurately completed.
  • Custom Workflow Development: Design and build custom workflows to automate tasks and improve client experience.
  • Template Creation: Create and customize templates for landing pages, emails, and forms that align with our brand standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide exceptional support to clients by troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and technology integration.
