Job Description:

The Strategic Business Growth Manager will drive business growth through effective client acquisition and create marketing strategies to attain revenue and profit objectives.

Key responsibilities include meeting existing and potential clients, building positive relationships, identifying market opportunities, conducting personal sales calls, and preparing presentations and quotations for potential clients.

The role also involves proactive client relationship management, maintaining a high service level in customer service, operations management, and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Solid experience in third-party Logistics/Warehousing/Transport Industry is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A solid background in Sales and Marketing involving Warehousing or Transportation Services is also essential.

The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, communication skills, and team management experience. They should be target-driven, eager to accomplish tasks once targets are set, and possess excellent relationship management skills.
