Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Retail Channel is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to drive sales and marketing growth across various consumer groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and executing sales and marketing growth plans to accelerate total business growth in the retail channel.
  • Managing multiple tiers and segments of categories to maximize business growth, sales, and profit for Kraft Heinz.
  • Collaborating with distributors on sell-out analysis, growth gaps, and opportunities to uncover new revenue streams.
  • Designing and introducing consumer insight-based growth strategies by category-country combination to unlock category and market growth.
  • Developing regional campaigns that build on each category strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Selecting key customers for new business development and creating joint value plans with key accounts in retail and e-commerce.
  • Ensuring timely execution of monthly category and customer plans through effective supply chain management.
  • Leading the demand planning process with distributors, including sell-out analysis, campaign planning, and sell-in forecasting.
