Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage client engagement, set appointments, and assist with sales and marketing outreach for our professional agency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Engagement & Sales
    • Call and qualify inbound leads, book appointments, and close deals with hot prospects over the phone.
    • Make up to 10 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects.
    • Follow up on warm leads via phone, email, and messaging.
    • Maintain records with updated notes.
  • Social Media Management
    • Monitor and respond to comments/messages on business social media pages.
    • Share and schedule content to maintain consistent engagement.
    • Assist in growing our online presence through proactive outreach.
  • Administrative & Marketing Support
    • Draft and send campaigns to prospects and clients.
    • Assist with follow-up communications after meetings or investigations.
    • Provide weekly reports on calls, appointments set, and social engagement metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Representative, or Appointment Setter.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and sales closing preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy — comfortable working with a private investigation agency.
  • Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of Google Translate is required.

This role is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20-25 hours of work per week. The selected candidate will be expected to work from home and maintain a reliable internet connection. Our team is remote-friendly, so you'll have the flexibility to work in a comfortable environment that suits your needs.
