Job Title: Data Analyst

Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing data handling processes across various departments. This involves developing comprehensive reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making, designing and implementing executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams, creating department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools, and establishing KPIs and metrics that drive organizational performance and accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize data handling processes across multiple departments
  • Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision making
  • Design and implement executive dashboards and operational reporting systems
  • Create department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to drive organizational performance
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis

Requirements:

  • 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
  • Proficiency in SQL querying
  • Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
