About this Role:

We are seeking an Order Management Expert to manage order processing activity, including software and hardware fulfillment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process with a focus on order management to billing.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, including activation and billings.
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions to maintain consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure timely and efficient customer order processing.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to identify and execute efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with effective communication skills at all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations.
