Customer Support Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Customer Support Expert will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers worldwide. This includes answering complex technical support questions, managing customer expectations, and logging all customer communications in our support ticket tracking tool accurately.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer business processes and software system processes. They will also be able to complete regular tasks for customers, such as report creation, and ensure reported defects are thoroughly tested, replicated, and documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.
  • Manage customer expectations and follow up on promises and time commitments.
  • Log all customer communications in our support ticket tracking tool accurately.
  • Understand customer business processes and software system processes.
  • Complete regular tasks for customers, such as report creation.
  • Ensure reported defects are thoroughly tested, replicated, and documented.
