Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional communication. You will answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy, while also resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

You will work closely with our team to achieve performance metrics, including call quality and handle time. Your strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with your ability to multitask and manage time effectively, will enable you to excel in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills;
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
