Business Operations Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conducting training/orientation, and facilitating job shadowing activities to new team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develops deep knowledge and expertise on business operations.
  • Collaborates with functional and delivery leads in planning/estimating business analysis activities in projects and work assignments.
  • Performs requirements elicitation, analysis, design and documentation.
  • Helps the technical team in the interpretation of requirements for the implementation of custom coding/development work.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years experience in the field of Business Systems and IT ideally as a functional/business analyst implementing CRM or SaaS solutions
  • Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management/Engineering
