Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT service management, with expertise in reporting and financial operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning monthly customer service reporting, building accurate invoicing data packs, and ensuring account data is clean and audit-ready. They will work closely with delivery managers and finance teams to turn raw data into reliable insights and minimize revenue leakage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver KPI/SLA packs (incidents, problems, changes, availability, capacity, CSAT).
  • Invoicing Data Packs: Gather data and create invoicing foundation.
  • Revenue Assurance: Detect non-invoiced but chargeable items; drive fixes and prevention actions.
  • Data Quality: Keep account records aligned; run scheduled checks and close defects.
  • Governance Support: Maintain scorecards, risks/actions, and CSI backlogs for customer meetings.
  • Light Automation: Use Excel/Power Query/Power BI/Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in IT services/managed services (BA/Reporting/Financial Ops or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ITSM data and monthly reporting cycles.
  • Familiarity with billing inputs (usage capture, rate validation, accruals/credits).
  • Clear written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and on-time delivery mindset.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and Continuous Service Improvement.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools and ERP systems.
Work Schedule

Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 1 day per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
