Operational Resilience Specialist

We are seeking an Operational Resilience Specialist to join our international team. This role is pivotal for our success and requires a unique blend of skills and experience.

About the Team

The Resilience & Continuity team plays a critical role in contributing to ING's Operational Resilience strategy. Our team is ambitious, but we also prioritize working together in a pleasant and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Tech, Business, and countries to understand operational resilience specifics and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Orchestrate and manage complex changes driven across countries, business lines, and functions, focusing on operational resilience.
  • Translate business requirements into specific functional requirements and use cases for the OpRes tool.
  • Maintain and own the OpRes tool backlog.

Requirements:

  • Experience in dealing with content-related change in an international context and collaborating across borders and cultures.
  • High resilience, ability to deal with ambiguity, and manage complexity.
  • Proactive, can-do mentality, positive mindset, and organisational sensitivity.
  • Customer focus and ability to build trust and engagement with key stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
