About the Opportunity

This role presents a chance to excel as a key player in an e-commerce agency that specializes in Amazon brand management. With a focus on scaling brands, optimizing listings, and maximizing revenue, the company combines data-driven strategies with industry expertise to help clients succeed in the highly competitive Amazon marketplace.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure clear and effective communication, manage and resolve account-related issues, and maintain account health by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.

You will also coordinate with internal teams to support client needs, including logistics, inventory, and general operations, handle day-to-day account administration, and provide periodic reports and insights to clients on account performance and potential improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
