We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Project Lead to oversee the development and launch of innovative ecommerce solutions, engaging marketing campaigns, and cohesive branding projects. About the Role:
  • Lead teams working on new Shopify projects and ongoing support tasks, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Coordinate email and text marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and campaign success
  • Supervise branding efforts, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals
  • Develop and maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing creative and technical teams in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools like email and SMS platforms
  • A strong understanding of branding principles and best practices
  • Exceptional English communication skills for client and team collaboration
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Availability to work West Coast hours while managing teams across different time zones
