We are seeking a skilled Coaching Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The Coaching Specialist will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of virtual assistants to achieve their full potential. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for developing others.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, client services, or operations and be proficient in learning new software platforms and implementing effective performance management strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance
  • Coaching and mentoring individual team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Providing regular feedback and guidance to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance metrics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or operations

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
