We're looking for a Virtual Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational support remotely.

Job Description:
  • Manage and organize emails, including database mining and sending nurturing emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and occasional travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents such as reports, memos, and other office files
  • Conduct resume sourcing and mining, adding new customer records to databases
  • Responsible for content creation, scheduling, posting, audience engagement, and tracking on social media
  • Provide client support by managing inquiries and feedback and resolving occasional issues in a timely fashion
  • Provide administrative assistance, including basic accounting tasks, conducting territory checks, and preparing and sending contracts and referrals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; high school diploma required
  • Experience as a virtual assistant or remote assistant role
  • At least one year of experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting for international clients
  • Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes experience with Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Canva, Zoom, Dropbox, Asana, Calendly, Doodle, Skype, Slack, Trello, Adobe Acrobat, LastPass, LinkedIn, CRM experience, and experience with AI and automation tools
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
