Senior UX Designer


Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned User Experience Design Lead to spearhead the design of our Embark platform. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the design execution for current features and contribute to future development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute UX designs for roadmap features, including the AI Virtual Assistant.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to deliver high-quality, on-time designs aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards.

Design System and Innovation:
  • Contribute to the Embark software design system by developing visual and interactive design components, UX patterns, and structural standards.
  • Participate in early-stage design explorations and concept prototyping for AI-driven innovation.
  • Help shape design vision decks and communicate strategic opportunities through compelling visuals.

Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, consistency, and craft.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
