Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for design and creativity.
Job Description- Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, signage, EDMs, social media content, and presentations.
- Develop branding and visual identity assets for construction and property development projects.
- Design and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets in line with client branding and UX principles.
- Create engaging digital content optimised for websites, social media, and online campaigns.
- Interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life.
- Ensure consistency of design outputs in line with client brand guidelines.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, and contractors to prepare artwork for production.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as core; After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD/Figma advantageous).
- Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography.
