Product Leader

As a critical member of our team, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing product development from inception to completion.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and flexible in responding to challenges and changes. They are highly professional, willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes, and skilled in problem-solving with the ability to find creative solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coaching and mentoring other product leaders and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Technical requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX.
