  2. Perform regular system checks and report anomalies.

  3. Assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

  4. Maintain system backups and recovery procedures.

  5. Coordinate with the IT team for scheduled maintenance.

  6. Update documentation on system status and incidents.

  7. Support compliance and security measures.

  8. Provide on-call support when required.

Competencies / Skills Required:

  1. Knowledge of server, network, and storage system monitoring.

  2. Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

  3. Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures.

  4. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

  5. Ability to work in a high-availability environment.

  6. Knowledge of security and compliance measures.

  7. Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support.

Key Results or Performance Indicators:

  1. Consistent monitoring of data center resources.

  2. Efficient response to system alerts and failures.

  3. Documentation and reporting of operational activities.

Good to have:

  1. With working experience on enterprise backup platforms such as Rubrik, Veeam or Cohesity

  2. With working experience on Network Attached Storage
