Requirements

  • Must be a US Registered Nurse (USRN), active and unrestricted license.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of hospital experience (acute care, home health, or post-acute settings preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of BPO experience handling US healthcare accounts (home health, utilization review, or case management preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and payer requirements.
