Job Title: Medical Coder
We are seeking a skilled Medical Coder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assigning ICD-10-CM codes from care plans and other documentation.

Responsibilities
The Medical Coder will be responsible for:
  1. Assigning ICD-10-CM codes from care plans and other documentation.
  2. Maintaining a high level of coding accuracy and productivity.
  3. Collaborating with clinical team members to ensure accurate coding and compliance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have at least 6 months recent experience in Home Health Coding, Oasis, or Notes. A certification in home health coding or Oasis Review (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10 and COS-C) is an asset. RN is also an advantage.
