Reimbursement Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Reimbursement Operations Coordinator at InLife Health Care, you will play a crucial role in processing reconciliation requests from accredited providers.
About the Position:
You will be responsible for reviewing claims, coordinating with providers, and ensuring timely updates on claim status.
Main Responsibilities:
- Claims Review and Coordination
- Review provider sent lists against iCare records
- Communicate with providers for missing information within 3 days of receiving claims
- Collaborate with Claims and Accounting teams for efficient payment processing and posting
- Regularly update the PPM tracker with progress
- Support PPM-AM in obtaining Certificate of Good Credit Standing
- Reporting and Task Management
- Update the performance tracker
- Share threat/suspension list information with the PPM Head via the tracker
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Experience in claims reconciliation, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer software and applications.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
