We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant/Officer to join our finance team, who will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Provide support in the preparation of reports, budgets, and other financial analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient accounting processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional who possesses the following qualifications:
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in general accounting; experience in the healthcare/subcontracting industry is an advantage.
  • BS Accountancy Graduate.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (i.e., Quickbooks) and Microsoft Office applications.
