The Assistant Procurement Manager Home Care Philippines will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement management of raw materials for Unilever Home Care Philippines. This includes developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive profitability and growth while ensuring superior service and products are delivered to customers.

Main Objectives

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business unit strategy and agenda.
  • Coordinate with global buyers, planning teams, and suppliers to ensure material availability and smooth delivery.
  • Support the end-to-end management of locally sourced materials from negotiation, contract, operations, and services.
  • Work with supply chain, R&D, quality, and global buyers to ensure resilience action plans and execution are in place to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in business, engineering, finance, or supply chain related is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a procurement/supply chain role either in a FMCG industry or in a large complex organization with strong portfolio and market expertise.
  • Strong negotiation skills, and business & commercial acumen.
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and storytelling skills.
  • Change and crisis management experience for global/large programs is an advantage.
  • Background/experience in data analytics is an advantage.
