Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a senior accountant to oversee financial operations across entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and advanced knowledge of Xero.
Key responsibilities include managing the finance inbox, recording and organizing invoices, overseeing payments, performing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing and tax filings.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Excel is also required.

Responsibilities:- Manage the finance inbox and address financial and administrative inquiries promptly.
- Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.
- Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.
- Assist the accounting team with month-end closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero
- Experience working with multi-entity companies and strong understanding of accounting concepts
- Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Excel
