Job Summary:
The Service Desk Agent will provide top-notch support to our clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Internet browsing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Proactively resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
- At least 6 months CCE (Logistics preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet browsing
